So there is this recipe for Cilantro Mayonaise and it is so good, I make it and eat it on a piece of turkey or ham with a green onion, red bell pepper, and lettuce. Oh and this is all part of the South Beach diet, and it is good. If you don't like cilantro then don't bother to read this post, because it is strictly for those that love it!
Cilantro Mayonnaise Recipe:
3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
3/4 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. light soy sauce
1 small clove garlic
place in food processor, blend until smooth.
